Matt has 15 years of insurance industry management, claims and product development experience. He spearheaded MetLife Auto & Home Insurance Co.’s personal product development initiatives, managed complex claims litigation and served as a corporate witness for Travelers Insurance and the Fireman’s Fund Insurance Co.

Sean Daly, President and Chief Operating Officer
Sean has more than 20 years of experience in financial management, technology and business development. He served as senior vice president and chief financial officer at Camden National Corp., a $2.3 billion publicly traded community bank, where he oversaw a $600 million acquisition and the company’s stock listing on the NASDAQ.

Sandy Strauss, Executive Vice President
Sandy has 15 years of experience in quality management, marketing, operations and human resources for a number of service-based companies. She was human resources director for Richard Petty Driving Experience, a multistate motorsports entertainment company. She also directed its corporate marketing and call center operations.

Betty Chan-Bauza, Vice President of Product Management
Betty has spent two decades with startup and Fortune 500 companies in the electronic payments, telecommunications and fraud and security industries. In the past, she has worked for Accenture, Iridium and Visa, and she was most recently a vice president at LifeLock, an identity theft services company that experienced exponential growth during her tenure.

Sam Broomer, Vice President of Business Development
Sam has been in the reinsurance business since 1993 and has held multiple operations, marketing, underwriting and accounting positions.In the past, Sam has worked with HSB Group, Inc. and was most recently the VP of Business Development with Mutual Boiler Re, part of the FM Global Group. At Mutual Boiler Re, he launched the business development department and authored its strategic plan.

Victor has more than 20 years of experience managing fraud operations in the banking industry. His areas of expertise include fraud detection, claims, investigations and recovery functions. He was Bank of America’s vice president of loss prevention and managed at Washington Mutual, Wells Fargo and Union Planters Bank.
